The Three Graces, of Greek mythology, beauty, joy and charm symbolise the essential character of Graceland Vineyards. Our flagship blend. Three Graces is always Cabernet dominant, with 48%.  Followed by Merlot 30% and Shiraz 22%

Notes:

The grapes are handpicked, wild yeast fermented in open cement tanks, and then move to barrel for malolactic fermentation. After 14 months of maturation and careful barrel selection, blended and returned to select French barrels for another 10 months. After 24 months, the wine is bottled, unfined, and unfiltered.

The cooler style Shiraz is not prominent at all, making for a seamless blend reminiscent of Bordeaux. Elegant, fine tannins, well suited for classic dining. Soft tannins make the wine accessible at an early age, but with enough structure to keep for 10 years.
