Cabernet: Mouth filling yet elegant with ripe blackberry fruit and layers of chocolate. Subtle french oak flavours and minerally tannins. 18 months in barrel, 30% new oak.
Merlot: A big Merlot with fat in the middle! Plush red berry and plum opulence. Ripe fruit, melt in the mouth tannins and a long finish. 25% new oak.
Shiraz: Dark, almost black, big wine with powerful spicy fruit on nose and concentrated black red mulberries on palate; 40% new American oak, 60% second fill French oak. Well intergrated American oak gives vanilla flavours.
Three Graces: 60% Cabernet, 20% Shiraz and 20% Merlot. Blended at 14 months and put back into selected barrels with 10% new French oak for another 8 months. An elegant, seamless blend of each of the 3 varietals grown on the farm.
